An intensive 2 to 3 day workshop enables the teachers to understand many critical concepts, experience the working of these ideas and learn with their peers. The topics are chosen according to the experience level of the participants. Guided by successful and experienced specialists, the teachers become aware of many directions - which will be further explored in the TDP-A sessions. Emphasising the role of good teachers, people share their stories of how their teachers inspired them.
The program is offered at three levels initially – 1, 2 and 3, from beginners to senior teachers.
